Common questions

How long does a wash take?
About 8–12 minutes from recline to rinse. Members walk straight in with face-scan entry, so there's little waiting.
Do I need to book?
Walk-ins are welcome. Membership simply lets you come as often as you like and skip the queue.
Is it hygienic?
Yes — the cycle is automated and surfaces are easy-clean, so every wash is consistent and sanitary.
What data do you collect?
Only what's needed to run your membership: name, mobile, date of birth and a face scan for entry. We follow Malaysia's PDPA.
Can I use my plan at any REJOY salon?
Memberships are tied to your home salon. If you move or need multi-location access, talk to our team.
